Planning logistics clerk

For the position of logistics clerk planning you will be responsible for managing about 5 to 6 drivers, in addition you will be responsible for the following:

• Preparation of transport records and request customs documents from the agency;
• Internal planning between sites;
• Reserve time slots at the port and request sea way bills;
• Set up container transport from the port to the various sites and vice versa;
• If interested, you may negotiate over container prices and look for new customers/growers;
• You will be in contact with growers and drivers;
• In part, you will also help with production planning.

For the job of logistics planning clerk, you recognise yourself in the following:

• You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English;
• Preferably, you have initial experience in a similar position or in the logistics sector;
• You are commercial and flexible;
• You like to dwell in a SME atmosphere;
• You will work from 8am to 5pm.
