Investment advisor

Function

As an investment advisor, you play a crucial role within the team. You will be responsible for the following range of tasks:

• Provide commercial advice to your clients on investments, succession and wealth management.
• Proactively manage existing portfolio and build on it.
• Continuing to monitor financial markets and trends to provide the best possible advice to clients.
• Explaining complex investment concepts in an understandable way.

Profile

For the position of investment consultant, you recognise yourself in the following characteristics:

• A completed degree in an economics discipline.
• You are in possession of a PCP-Attest.
• Good command of the Dutch language.
• Enthusiastic team player with a customer-oriented and correct attitude.
• A first experience in banking is a big plus.

Our client is an independent bank branch within a leading Belgian banking and insurance group that has been active in the Belgian market for more than 60 years. The Drongen branch offers local customers a wide range of financial services, from bank accounts and loans to investment advice and insurance. At this branch, customer focus is key, with a personalised approach to each customer and their specific financial needs.

You will join a team of 5 colleagues, each with their specialisation within banking, insurance, loans and/or investments. To accommodate the growth of the office, they are currently looking for a new colleague for the investments branch.
