Project Manager Interior

 Our client is looking for someone who:

• Yards coordinated from A to Z, from hull to full completion.
• Draw up and analyse specifications, tenders and compile the overall budget.
• Negotiates and collaborates with subcontractors and various stakeholders.
• Has a feel for HVAC and dares to ask technical questions.
• Experienced in complex projects of larger scale.

The project leader who will join this team:

• Has experience in project management, preferably in office design.
• Is a true team player and does not create competition within the team.
• Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in interior design.
• Is professional and results-oriented.
• Works with Vectorworks and AutoCad.
• Gets energy from sales and customer contact and would like to help expand the existing customer base.
