About the job


As claims manager, you handle claims files in various fields (car, fire, liability, etc.). You are the first point of contact for customers in complex or emotional situations and ensure that their file is handled correctly and efficiently. Where necessary, you go along for expert assessments, so that you can follow up the case closely.


Your tasks:

  • Managing and following up claims files from A to Z
  • Communicating with customers, companies, experts and counterparties
  • Advising customers on more complex claims
  • Reporting and thinking along on process optimisation
  • Working together in a team with a strong commitment to proactive collaboration


Profile

  • Experience as a claims manager (or in general insurance).
  • In possession of PCP certificates.
  • Customer-oriented, accurate and communicatively strong.
  • Independent, but feels good in a close-knit team.
