Inside sales engineer

We are looking for a driven inside sales engineer to join the sales team and ensure smooth and efficient customer service. As an internal hub within our sales department, you will be the contact person for customers and ensure the smooth handling of orders, quotations and customer queries. In this job, you will be responsible for supporting customers with their orders and quotation requests, and offer assistance in resolving any queries or complaints. You work closely with the sales team to prepare quotations and contracts and ensure that customer data and sales records are kept up-to-date. In addition, you are the coordinator of communication between different departments and provide both internal and external support for the commissioning of purchased goods, such as controllers, thyristor units and drives.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or technical-commercial field is a plus or experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
• Good organisational skills and an eye for detail.
• Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with automation products (PLCs, measurement and control technology) is a plus.
• Skilled in the use of MS Office and preferably CRM software.
