Inside Operations Engineer

Function

• You install and configure systems, mainly remotely
• You actively follow up on projects, including FAT and SAT testing
• You will be responsible for after-sales service and support
• You will train partners and integrators and act as their first point of contact
• You will support the sales team during trade fairs and pre-sales activities
• You will work closely with R&D and provide input for product development
• You will assist in release and field testing of new technologies

Profile

• You work in a structured way and keep an overview of your projects
• You are communicatively strong and adapt easily in an international context
• You think solution-oriented and take initiative
• You are stress-resistant and can prioritise
• You speak fluent Dutch and English (French is a plus)
• You have a bachelor's degree in Electronics-ICT or a strong technical affinity
• Experience as a Field Engineer is a plus, but not a must
• Recent graduates are also eligible
