Organisation
With around 30 offices and just under 2,000 employees, our client is a leader in the HR sector. As an employee, you will support and advise 81,000 companies and 135,000 small self-employed people with their human resources issues.
Quite a responsibility in which you will get the necessary support from our client. The value of lifelong learning certainly comes into play here. At start-up, you follow a complete onboarding process consisting of physical training, e-learning, on-the-job guidance by experienced colleagues, IT training, etc. Even for the most experienced employees, training days are always organised so that they stay abreast of changes in e.g. social legislation, compliance and so on. This way, they can transfer their expertise to the customer on a permanent basis!
This service is therefore the common thread followed by all employees.
Our client offers its employees plenty of opportunities to work autonomously, take responsibility and achieve their ambitions. Mutual trust and an open communication style are an important added value in this respect. Transparency is therefore seen as a core value here.
An employee testifies, "You get the chance to participate in the evolution of the company here. We work here in an atmosphere of willingness, responsibility, dynamism and trust. It is pleasant to be able to remain yourself and give your best."
Despite the size of this company, you will still find yourself in a family-style working environment where the different teams are highly collaborative and work very closely together to provide excellent service. Once a year, the whole company comes together for a big staff party which they aptly call 'the fiesta'. The different departments together sometimes organise an after work drink, team building activity or go for lunch together at noon. A new employee's first day is highlighted, birthdays and holidays are celebrated.... And to further encourage togetherness across the different branches, there is a magazine and podcast.
