Geothermal project manager

As Project Manager/Worksite Manager, together with an experienced colleague, you will be responsible for the complete follow-up of our projects - from order entry through to delivery and the as-built dossier. You will form a complementary duo in which experience, structure and digitalisation are key.

You focus on project planning, preparation and follow-up in the field, while administrative colleagues support you in document processing. You play an active role in the transition from our hands-on way of working to a more digital, structured approach. This means that you not only plan and follow up on projects, but also think along about efficient processes and digital workflows.

Specifically, this means:

• Preparing and planning projects from A to Z
• Drawing up and following up project schedules with attention to efficiency and deadlines
• Conducting site visits and preparing clear reports
• Provide input for material requirements and work preparation
• Digital processing of work orders and other project documentation
• Technical and administrative follow-up up to completion
• Collaborate with technicians and administrative staff for smooth execution
• Actively contribute to digital and structured operations

The company engages in vertical and horizontal drilling for the purpose of underground infrastructures. This includes directional drilling for the laying of cables, pipes and sewers. Using modern techniques, drilling is carried out under roads, railway lines, waterways or existing buildings, without the need for large-scale excavation work.
