As a Field Service Engineer HVAC, you will be responsible for independently carrying out service assignments on HVAC installations and heat pumps at both private and professional customers within the Kempen, Antwerp, Leuven and Liège region. Your duties will include:

• Installation, start-up and commissioning of new HVAC systems and heat pumps according to up-to-date quality and safety standards
• Performing both preventive and curative maintenance on HVAC installations
• Analyse technical faults and resolve them quickly, efficiently
• Expertly perform cooling and electrical connections
• Correct and complete reporting of service interventions carried out via digital platforms
• Providing customers and installers with technical support, advice and explanations

Profile

• You have (higher) technical training in HVAC, refrigeration, air-conditioning, energy technology, electromechanics,... or equivalent through experience
• Preferably, you are a certified refrigeration technician or willing to obtain this certificate at short notice
• Strong technical insight, customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude
• You work independently, structured and show ownership of your work
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch and can work your way out of French
• You are eager to learn and motivated to keep expanding your technical knowledge
