As an Energy & Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for successfully leading various energy and engineering projects, from initial design to final delivery. Duties and responsibilities:
- Independently monitor assigned projects in building techniques, energy concepts and technical installations (HVAC, electrical systems, fire safety, BIM/MEP, calculation and drawing work).
- Function as project manager: oversee planning, budgets and communication between stakeholders, colleagues and clients via advanced project management tools.
- Elaborate and present energy concepts and technical solutions to clients and partners.
- Preparation of electrical schematics, specifications, measurement records and technical files.
- Reviewing tenders, technical sheets and answering technical questions.
- Carry out site visits, technical checks and contribute to material choices & circular solutions.
- Actively attend training courses and company visits to stay up-to-date with the latest innovations within the energy sector.
- Training in relevant software (such as BIM/Revit, energy simulations) will be provided so that you will be used as an expert in building technology.
Profile
Who are we looking for? A results-oriented team player with technical background and passion for energy projects:
- Bachelor/master's degree in engineering, technology or similar.
- Relevant experience in HVAC, electrical installations (mainly low voltage), fire safety concepts (RWA, fire control centre), BIM/Revit modelling, or climate design.
- Strong communication skills, analytical ability and a professional attitude towards customers and partners.
- Ability to manage projects independently, eye for detail and quality.
- Driven to take a leading role within the team, entrepreneurial and hands-on.
- Experience at engineering firms, installation companies, contractors or clients is a plus.
- Ambition to continue to grow, constantly learn and innovate.
