Function

As an export employee, you will ensure the smooth and correct processing of all export documents, so that our products can cross the border without any problems. Your duties are varied and responsible:

• You are responsible for the administrative handling of transport documents for international goods traffic (such as CMR, customs documents and veterinary certificates).
• You receive drivers in a customer-friendly and efficient manner.
• You will ensure correct administrative and financial processing of all export documents.
• You will work closely with the production department to ensure smooth scheduling.
• In addition, you will support other administrative tasks within the team.

Profile

For this vacancy in the Ghent area, we are looking for:

• You have a degree in an administrative or logistics field, or experience in a similar position.
• You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
• You enjoy social contact and switch smoothly between different tasks.
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office and are willing to learn new systems. Experience with an ERP package is a plus.
• You speak fluent Dutch and can get by in English and French.
