Project Manager Electricity

Function

As Project Leader/Manager, you will be responsible for the follow-up of various projects. You act as the first contact person for clients and architects and ensure efficient and successful execution of the projects. Your duties include preparing quotations, planning site meetings, making detailed schedules, invoicing, and preparing progress statements and as-built plans. This role offers a dynamic working environment where you can interface with various stakeholders and contribute to the development of high-quality projects.

Profile

For this, they are looking for someone with the following competences:

• Follow-up of clients and projects, from quotation to delivery
• Preparation of plans and instructions
• Ordering of materials
• Formatting plans and diagrams in Autocad 2D
• Preparation of requisition statements and (interim) statements of account
• You manage your own agenda
• You participate in weekly planning meetings

Organisation

You will be working in a collegial and dynamic working environment with a versatile clientele. The projects are mainly situated within the tertiary sector, such as schools, residential care centres, care institutions, offices, showrooms and industrial environments. The files include new construction and extensions as well as interventions and depannages, within a wide range of electrotechnical domains: from medium and low voltage to sign construction, fire detection, home automation, access control, data cabling and fibre optic installations.
