Project leader electrical engineering

Are you ready to make a difference as an electrical engineering project leader within a growing industrial electrical engineering company in Mechelen? Our client is looking for a driven project leader who can follow up, calculate and design projects from A to Z.

• Calculating industrial electrical engineering projects, including cost estimation and material requirements.
• Purchasing materials and ensuring timely delivery to site.
• Start-up, follow-up and completion of various technical projects in the industrial sector.
• Recruit and follow up projects administratively and operationally.
• Periodic consultation and cooperation with the site manager and other technical colleagues.
• You actively participate in optimisations within projects and the company.
• You will take a pulling, leadership role as project leader, motivating and supporting the team.
• Monitor quality, progress and budget on each project.

Profile

• You have a relevant degree in electricity, electromechanics or a similar technical field (preferably bachelor's or master's degree).
• You have experience as a project manager; project follow-up, calculation and managing technical teams.
• You enjoy working in the office and are not exclusively site-oriented.
• You are communicatively strong, a real team player and work constructively with colleagues and supervisors.
• You like to think with the company and are willing to take an active, pulling role.
• You are analytical, accurate and stress-resistant.
• You are fluent in the Dutch language.
• You have driving licence B, a company car will be provided.
