Driver Support

Function

For our client in Lummen, we are looking for a Driver Suppport for the night shift. As Driver Support, you will work from 22:00 to 06:00 and play a crucial role in supporting drivers in temperature-controlled transport and logistics. Located in Lummen, you will work from a strategic hub within the European logistics network. You will work closely with internal teams and drivers to ensure warehouse operations and transport files run smoothly. This includes:

• Follow-up on violations and legal compliance regarding driving and rest periods;
• Checking, scanning and archiving drivers' documents;
• Trip processing, including control and adjustment of start and end times, as well as allocation of night allowances;
• Monitor working hours and correct deviations;
• Communication with drivers on identified irregularities and violations.

You will be the point of contact for drivers and an indispensable link in the organisation.

Profile

For the position of Driver Support (night) At our client in Lummen, we are looking for the following candidate:

• At least 3-5 years' experience in an administrative position within a transport or warehouse environment;
• Has strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Fluent in Dutch and able to express himself well in English and French;
• Has a strong knowledge of logistics processes and systems;
• Possesses good organisational skills and can handle multitasking without losing sight of detail;
• Is customer-focused and proactively seeks solutions;
• Flexible, stress-resistant and able to prioritise.
