Data Performance Expert

Function

As Data Performance Expert for our B2C business (newspaper subscriptions), you will be responsible for monitoring and optimising the performance of overnight distribution. This includes creating dashboards and reports, as well as managing and improving processes to ensure operational efficiency and quality. You will work closely with the project team and your colleagues within night operations to implement improvements. In addition, you will take responsibility for educating and training new employees on standardised process implementations. You will also be involved in managing financial figures and preparing automated reports and dashboards.

Profile

• Experience in E2E analysis for process optimisation, formalisation, and implementation.
• Strong in data analysis and reporting with excellent Excel skills and knowledge of macros, Python, SAC or PowerBI. Experience with Big Data is a plus.
• Project management skills with effective stakeholder management inside and outside the organisation.
• Minimum five years' experience as a process manager or data analyst.
• Problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and proactive approach.
• Language skills: Dutch and/or French-speaking with sufficient command of the second national language. English is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in night operations and support implementation projects.
