- You independently manage customer files relating to import shipments by air freight
- Within the firm, everyone handles their files from A to Z: registering, clearing, following up, handling and invoicing incoming shipments
- You are responsible for the complete handling of all customs documents relating to import and export documents
- You can deliver and negotiate prices and rates according to the applicable quotations
- You handle dispute files
- You liaise with clients and operational departments in various languages (NL, FR, ENG)
- You inform and advise customers on customs formalities related to their flow of goods
Profile
- You have experience with customs clearance
- Incoterms hold no secrets for you
- You are strong in following up files
- You can advise customers in Dutch, French and English
- You possess the experience to work independently
- Mondays and Tuesdays are the busiest days on imports. Here, therefore, a serious pace is expected in the number of files.
