Function

As a Customer Service Representative in Bruges, you act as the link between customers, sales, production and logistics. You ensure that orders are processed correctly and monitor cases closely from start to finish.

You will be responsible for:

• Processing and following up on customer orders
• Answering customers’ enquiries by telephone and in writing, welcoming drivers and liaising with hauliers
• Coordinating deliveries and liaising with internal departments
• Monitoring customer files and any complaints
• Administrative processing of data in the ERP system (AX)

Profile

Do you recognise yourself as a customer service representative in the points below:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in a communications-related subject, or you have gained valuable experience in this field
• You’re a smooth talker and you’re not put off by a phone call or incoming emails
• As well as Dutch, you also communicate in English and French
• You’ll be part of a close-knit team where you’ll work together to bring order out of chaos; you know how to set priorities
• Proactivity is a plus – if a job seems to be going wrong, you pick up the phone and sort it out
• An interest in food is a huge asset
