Collaborative Work Planner

Function

This is a combination position where you will perform technical preparatory tasks as well as actively participate in the workshop.

About 50% desk:

• Elaborating and modifying technical drawings (SolidWorks).
• Dissect drawings and determine which parts need to be produced or ordered.
• Preparation of cutting lists and production preparation.
• Consult with administration and suppliers on orders.
• Technical support towards the shop floor.

About 50% workshop:

• Helping to cut and prepare components yourself.
• Working in a welding and construction environment.
• Support the practical implementation of projects.

Typical day?

’In the morning, you dissect technical drawings and review what needs to be ordered. You pass this on to the administration and suppliers. In the afternoon, you are in the workshop yourself to cut parts or help prepare production.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (electromechanics, mechanics, mechanical engineering, air conditioning...) is a plus, but not a must.
• Strong technical background - experience in mechanical engineering or metal environment is a great asset.
• You mastered SolidWorks and can work out and read technical drawings independently.
• You work accurately and in a structured way.
• You feel comfortable in a welding and production environment.
• You combine thinking with doing mentality.
• You work independently but are also a team player.
