Concrete works project manager

Function

As Concrete works project manager You will be responsible for the complete coordination and follow-up of projects within concrete works and basement construction.

Your duties will include:

• Drafting and monitoring of planning and budgeting for various concrete projects
• Advising during tenders and support in the preparation of offers
• Carrying out an accurate technical, administrative and financial monitoring
• Formatting interim and final reports
• Managing and coaching a team of site managers and administrative staff
• Building and maintaining strong customer and supplier relations

• Experience as Concrete works project manager
• Demonstrable knowledge of concrete works and foundation techniques
• Strong people management skills to manage, motivate and make teams work together efficiently

• Smooth communication in both Dutch as French
