Commercial technical officer

Function

Step into a versatile role where your technical knowledge and commercial feeling come into their own:

• The first point of contact for private customers and property developers for windows, doors and profiles: that's you.
• You will visit customers for initial technical measurements and be attentive to their needs and requirements.
• You prepare and proactively follow up on quotations, always with technically sound advice.
• You will help build trust and long-term relationships through your technical knowledge and customer-oriented approach.
• One fixed day a week you will be present in the showroom (alternately also possible on Saturdays), on other days you will work from home or from the office.
• You will work closely with your colleagues from sales, planning and the technical department.

Profile

• You have a technical background or a lot of desire to get involved in windows, doors and renovation projects.
• You are commercially minded, enjoy working with people and can easily build a relationship of trust.
• Bilingual Dutch-French? This is an absolute must for this role.
• Both starters and those with experience are welcome.
• You work independently, see opportunities and think along with the customer.
• Flexibility, accuracy and a positive spirit characterise you.
