Function

As each project is new and unique, they offer you a very challenging and varied job.

As a Calculator/Work Planner, you liaise with various stakeholders in the sales process. First of all, you make a selection from all requests sent to them. Together with the sales staff, the production manager and the engineering office, you will further analyse and develop the selected projects. One of the strengths of their company is that they always succeed in drawing up and elaborating dossiers in such a way that prefabrication can provide added value for everyone.

Once a file has been sold, you and your sales colleagues ensure that the project can be handed over to the engineering office in a clear and complete manner and you support them as long as necessary so that everything is executed as contractually agreed.

Profile

Our client is looking for someone social, someone who enjoys challenges and someone with a healthy dose of originality. All this to achieve good results in an effective and progmatic way.

• you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in construction engineering or 2 years' experience in a similar position
• you are administratively strong
• Experience with CAD programmes/Tekla is a plus
• Knowledge of languages; Dutch with notion of French or English

Our client is a high-end precast company that produces and assembles customised façade elements in architectural concrete. They operate in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, UK and Scotland. They guarantee impeccable quality finishing of prefabricated facades for projects with high-end architecture.
