Calculator

As a Calculator, you will be responsible for several crucial tasks for the success of construction projects. You will work closely with various departments to analyse the financial and technical aspects of projects and ensure economically feasible execution. Your responsibilities include:

• Analysing tenders for technical and financial feasibility
• Requesting and comparing quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
• Preparation of measurement records in consultation with interested parties
• Coordinating design in Design & Build projects
• Collection of technical information to support projects
• Organising technical discussions with all stakeholders
• Visiting construction sites for survey and study
• Preparation of initial budgets and schedules

• Construction engineering education, such as a bachelor's degree in structural engineering, or equivalent experience
• Passion for the various materials and applications within the construction industry
• Experience in a similar position is a plus
• Strong numeracy skills and good spatial understanding
