Calculator

As a Calculator, you are the key figure in the preparation phase of projects. You make cost price calculations based on your knowledge, estimation skills and commercial insight. To do this correctly, you study files and specifications and communicate with architects and boards so that you have the right information. The idea is, that you request prices from subcontractors and/or suppliers, that you also follow up and interpret them. Furthermore, you compare the technical construction characteristics of the project with your own execution methods and look for alternative working methods wherever possible. In this way, you help form the commercial and innovative driving force of the division.

Who is eligible?

• An experienced Engineer/Bachelor of construction
• Experience within public procurement is a plus
• Mathematical & analytical capabilities
• Word, Excel & Outlook hold (almost) no secrets for you
