Architectural draftsman

Function

For the vacancy as an AutoCAD architectural draftsman, we are looking for someone who, together with his/her colleague draftsmen, is responsible for finalising the execution plans of the sales flats and the production drawings of the prefab department.

Your responsibilities include the following tasks:

carry out technical checks and compile them into one clear implementation plan;

close cooperation with the client coordinators and project teams at the sites;

After consultation with the project management, you make the necessary prefab drawings, using the 2D or 3D drawings made by the stability engineer;

You work from the office in Aalter.

Profile

Are you in possession of a diploma as an architectural draftsman, architecture, ...? Or do you already have relevant work experience? Then this vacancy might just be for you.

For the vacancy as an architectural draftsman AutoCAD, we are looking for someone who can identify with the following profile:

Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must, knowledge of Revit is a plus;

You are technically strong and have analytical skills;

Your organisational skills are excellent and you set the right priorities;

Working accurately is a top priority;

Working in a team is no problem, and you also feel at home in a no-nonsense SME culture.
