What's in your remit?
- You are the point of contact for our drivers: you listen, think and offer support.
- You will plan and organise medical examinations, training and refresher courses for drivers.
- You will be responsible for the recruitment, selection and onboarding of new drivers.
- You will process data accurately in our systems and ensure correct recording.
- You will work with colleagues to ensure continuity and quality of transport.
Profile

- You have experience in an administrative position.
- You are a real people person: you communicate fluently and are approachable.
- You can work independently but also feel good in a team.
- You have basic knowledge of MS Office.
- You are willing to complete a 5-day training course to become a level 3 prevention advisor.
- Affinity with the transport sector is nice, but not a must.
