Insurance administrative assistant

Function

Our client is looking for a motivated insurance clerk to join their team. As a file clerk, you will be responsible for looking after insurance files and projects from A to Z. You will draft policies for various areas of insurance, including industrial accidents, civil liability, fire, auto, and more. You will also advise clients on various insurance products and solutions.

An important part of your duties will include initiating and following up on audits of insurance files to ensure their compliance with set standards and regulations.

Profile

  • You have at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Legal Practice, Finance and Insurance, or an equivalent qualification through relevant experience.
  • Experience in insurance is appreciated but not necessary.
  • You have excellent communication skills and attach great importance to optimal customer service.
  • As a team player, you are able to work both independently and in groups.
  • You are able to communicate empathetically and effectively with customers.

**This position is open to both junior and senior profiles.
