Workshop manager

As a workshop manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• The coordination of activities at the workplace.
• Planning the work in consultation with the draughtsmen and project engineers.
• Managing, monitoring and supervising the employees.
• Start using the logical workshop layout, see how everything can run as efficiently as possible.
• Monitoring the quality of the products.
• If necessary, you can give it a hand now and then.

Together with our client, already active since 1990, we are looking for a workshop manager to strengthen the team. Through their years of experience and their internal knowledge, they can position themselves as experts within their segment. They are internationally active and also give their employees the opportunity to follow up the entire project.

For our workshop manager we are looking for someone who:

• Already has a first experience and preferably in a managerial position.
• Be able to use your technical knowledge to coach the people in your team, both mechanically and electrically.
• Is a real people manager.
• Is strong in planning.
• Besides Dutch, you also speak a fair bit of French.
• If you have a VOL CVA diploma, this definitely plays to your advantage.
