Workshop manager

As a workshop manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You lead a team of about 12 people within the mould building department and also direct the CAM department.
• You coordinate the activities in this department and plan the work.
• You ensure that the planned work is also completed on time.
• You are responsible for directing, monitoring and supervising the employees.
• You help think about efficiency improvements and monitor quality.
• If necessary, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves yourself.

For our workshop manager we are looking for someone who can tick off the following points:

• You already have a first managerial experience within a metal processing company.
• Diploma industrial engineer or a technical bachelor such as electromechanics, mechanics, design and production technology,... or equivalent through experience.
• You are a real people manager who can motivate and coach people.
• You are strong in planning.
• You are committed and have a sense of responsibility.
• You speak Dutch fluently.
