Work planner/yard manager

As a work planner/ site manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Monitoring projects from start to finish;
• Performing on-site measurements;
• Handling final invoices;
• Managing the shifts;
• Managing the day-to-day operations on site;
• Maintain customer contact and handle all necessary communication.

To excel in this role, you will agree with the following requirements:

• You already have several years of experience in the construction industry, in flat roofs is a plus;
• Having completed a construction-related training course is nice;
• You have a broad field of interest and, above all, a strong desire to learn;
• Flexibility in working hours is a must;
• You have a very good command of Dutch, both written and oral.
