For this vacancy of 'work preparation/drawing industrial building' in Hoogstraten, we are looking for someone who will help to draw the plans for the execution. Your tasks will be a combination of work preparation and drawing. 

Your tasks as work planner/drafter:

• You are responsible for drawing out (parts of) execution plans so that construction can take place quickly, efficiently and faultlessly at the site. 
• You help ensure that external drawings are correct. 
• You improve external drawings where necessary. 
• In preparation, you are going to calculate how many times the plans are used. 
• You draw up the parts lists and parts drawings. 
• You perform drawing work in Autocad and Tekla. 
• You work together with several colleagues in the work preparation department. 
• You will regularly consult with the person in charge.

For this vacancy of 'work planner/draughtsman industrial building' we are looking for someone with an eye for detail and a technical insight. 

Furthermore, you meet the following expectations for this vacancy: 

• You have completed training as an architectural draftsman or have equivalent experience. 
• Experience in a similar function and sector is an added value but certainly not a requirement; school-leavers also get a chance here. 
• You have a keen interest in concrete, steel and industrial construction.
• You have a good 3D spatial insight. 
• You are creative in finding technical solutions. 
• You have a strong knowledge of Autocad and/or Tekla. 
• You work accurately and have an eye for detail. 
• You like to work in a team. 
• You are eager to learn and are willing to undergo additional training.
• You can express yourself fluently, both verbally and in writing, in Dutch. 
• Deadlines do not frighten you, even under pressure you do not overlook anything.
