For the vacancy as work preparator industrial and civil engineering we are looking for someone who wants to take care of the complete project preparation. Following tasks belong to your responsibility:

• Optimisation of specifications, drawings, detail plans and purchase planning;
• Determine working methods;
• Determine the equipment and material to be used;
• Requesting quotes from suppliers;
• Compare the offers obtained and conduct commercial negotiations;
• Liaise with the architect, engineering firm, client, subcontractors and suppliers.

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture;
• Interest in industrial and civil construction;
• Analytical mind and eye for detail;
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a basic understanding of English;
