In this vacancy as a work planner, you have a lot of variety in your job:

• Requesting orders
• Compare prices
• Prepare production file
• Planning the production
• Negotiating prices
• If there is a problem in production, see how to solve it
• Working closely with the project managers and the draftsmen
• You also work closely with the manager and he is open to your own input on how to optimise the operation within the company.
• You are the common thread within the company, therefore you have many internal contacts

This SME is a family business active in everything from unique steel structures for industrial and utility construction. There is a lot of variation in the type of projects here, ranging from substructures for silos to steel structures for amusement parks.

They are mainly active in Flanders, but they also transport abroad.

It is a very enterprising company that is committed to the wellbeing of its employees; they are in full growth.

You are in close contact with the business manager.

They distinguish themselves from the market because they realise unique projects; each project is tailor-made to the customer's requirements.

They are happy to organise a family barbecue, in the company canteen you can play table football or darts with your colleagues during the afternoon.

Currently, they employ 30 workers and 9 clerical profiles and due to growth they are looking for new employees.

The first interview will be with the business manager and the second with the HR.

This position can be adjusted according to what you want, in terms of profile I am looking for someone who:

• Possesses a construction engineering degree
• Bachelor is not a must but you do have a bachelor's level of thinking
• Experience is a plus but not a must
• You have strong organisational skills
• Knowledge of French is important as people in production speak French
• Excel knowledge is an asset
• You look ahead and help find the most efficient solution
