For our client in Brecht, we are looking for an experienced planner. Are you the organisational talent we are looking for in this vacancy?

Your duties will include the following: 

• You will complete the team, working together with an experienced planner who will also guide you when you start up.
• You are responsible for the planning of the construction sites. 
• You follow up the planning of the shifts, workers. 
• You also follow up on employee sickness, switching quickly and looking for solutions where necessary. 
• You plan the deliveries of the necessary material, as well as the location of the delivery. 
• You watch over the logistics of the material, which you have at your disposal.
• You draw up a planning for the necessary transport. 
• You work from the office every day to be able to switch quickly. 
• You take action where necessary.

Our client is a company located in Brecht, specialised in concrete works and more specifically concrete basements, foundations and also swimming pools. They have both small and large projects in their portfolio and due to their strong growth are constantly looking to strengthen their team. 

They recently moved to a new location in Brecht, where both their offices and warehouses are located. From this location, they are active throughout Belgium and the Netherlands. There are currently 50 people employed, including office staff and labourers. 

For this vacancy of work planner in Brecht, we are looking for an experienced profile. Someone who is very strong in organisation and who already has several years of experience in such a function. 

Furthermore, you meet the following expectations for this vacancy: 

• Experience is more important here than a diploma; you already have a few years' experience in a similar position.
• You have some affinity with construction. Experience in the concrete sector is an added value but certainly not a requirement.
• You have a real hands-on mentality. 
• You always think in terms of solutions. 
• You are precise and very committed. 
• You are very strong in organisation. 
• Little or nothing escapes you. 
• You are social, maintain contact with everyone easily. 
• You are stress resistant. 
• You are a real planter. 
• You have a driving licence B as the company is not easily accessible by public transport.
