For the vacancy as site manager industrial building we are looking for someone who takes care of the follow-up of construction sites in progress. The following tasks belong to your responsibility:

- Managing the employees at the site (both own employees and subcontractors);

- supervising the quality of the work and safety on the site;

- contacting the various parties responsible for the project;

- General technical administration and planning;

- Furthermore, you are responsible for the execution of medium-sized and large construction sites or for several smaller construction sites.

- Master/Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent experience;
