For the vacancy site manager civil engineering in the Antwerp/Brussels region, you are prepared to take on the following tasks:

- Organisation of the site from start to finish with attention to safety and quality in cooperation with contractors, project managers, foremen and workers;

- Identify tasks on the basis of the specifications;

- Site set-up and monitoring of safety procedures;

- Supervising own employees and subcontractors;

- Work preparation, ordering materials and setting out the site;

- Inspection of the work in terms of planning, budget and quality;

- Putting daily administration in order and leading site meetings;

- Always striving for optimisations.

For the vacancy site manager civil engineering in the Antwerp/Brussels region, we are looking for a candidate who possesses the following competences:

- Master's degree in architecture or 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;

- Practical technical and spatial understanding with attention to the group spirit;

- Taking responsibility, an eye for detail and flexible handling of different tasks are elements that characterise your personality;

- As a site manager, you are conscientious and structured and you are flexible in terms of distance and hours;

- You have a good knowledge of Dutch. French is a plus.

- Furthermore, you are eager to learn and motivated.
