As a site manager, you will co-direct the team responsible for activities related to the provisional and final acceptance of the works, the 10-year construction liability, quality controls and interventions on the site.

You take the lead in solving the problems that arise as efficiently as possible, always taking into account the various parties involved. These are short, intensive and challenging interventions, which can range from structural work to finished projects in operation.

You will certainly find the following tasks in the package:

• You ensure good management and follow-up of a team (both operationally and administratively).
• In case of problems, you offer solutions that are technically and financially feasible.
• You determine the work carried out with regard to waterproofing and solve problems with water infiltration.
• You follow up and manage delivery points.
• You are constantly looking for quality improvements in and around the yards.
• You ensure open communication with internal and external partners.
