Site Manager

For the vacancy of site manager in the roof and wall cladding sector, you will be joining a young company with a great deal of growth potential.

You are in very close contact with the project leader and brief him daily on the situations at the various sites.

You are on the job every day measuring the finishing pieces and checking the work carried out.

You will regularly visit the office to process the measurements and the site meeting.

In addition, you will also be responsible for the following tasks:

• Start up, follow up, measure and deliver.
• Managing people on the yard.
• Checking the work carried out.
• Showing/taking initiative in unexpected circumstances.
• Measurement of finishings and light structural steels.
• Properly brief the project leader.

Our client specialises in roof & wall cladding for industrial construction. The company was founded in 2018 and is already one of the top 5 players in Belgium. Together with your 5 colleagues site managers and project managers, you work from the brand new office building in Overmere.

The work is located throughout Belgium, mainly in East and West Flanders and Wallonia. But they do not limit themselves to Belgium. They also have several projects running abroad, namely in Sweden, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

• You have a bachelor's degree in architecture or similar through experience.
• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, but also in English. Managing the teams will mainly be done in English.
