Insurance clerk

As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing tailor-made advice to clients. You will help them find the right insurance solutions to suit their specific needs. You will also manage the administrative part of the insurance process and ensure the smooth and accurate handling of all documents and procedures.

• Counselling and advising both private clients and businesses on insurance matters.
• Analysing customer needs and providing tailor-made insurance solutions.
• Managing the entire administrative process around insurance.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through good listening skills and customer-focused approach.

• You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Insurance or Legal Practice, or have equivalent experience. Both motivated junior and senior profiles will be considered for this position.
• You have good listening skills and are able to pick up new things quickly.
• You are customer-oriented and know how to communicate spontaneously.
• You can get along well in Dutch, both orally and in writing.
