As an EPB Calculator, you will be responsible for performing energy performance calculations for various building projects. You will work with architects, engineers, building owners and other professionals to ensure that projects comply with legal energy performance requirements.

Your duties will include:

Advising clients and design teams on energy-efficient design solutions.

Performing EPB calculations according to applicable standards and regulations.

Collection and analysis of data related to the energy consumption and performance of buildings.

Preparing reports and documentation for submission to relevant authorities.

Keeping abreast of the latest developments in energy efficiency and sustainable construction.

For a leading sustainable building and energy efficiency consultancy. They aim to help their clients achieve energy-efficient and environmentally friendly buildings, and to this end they are looking for a talented EPB Calculator to join the team.

A degree in architecture, energy engineering or a related field.

Experience with EPB calculations and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations is a plus.

You have a sense of responsibility and analytical skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work individually as well as in a team.

Certification as an EPB reporter is a plus but not a requirement

You speak Dutch. Knowledge of French and/or English are an asset.
