Trainer & Software Support Engineer

As a Technical Trainer & Software Support employee, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

-Equipping customers with the latest in estimating software packages.

-You will install the software and train the customers so that they can make price calculations and quotations independently

-You keep the customers up-to-date by providing them with the very latest versions.

-You take into account the remarks and wishes of the customer in order to satisfy the customer's needs even better.

-You organise demonstrations and seminars to present new developments.

-You will report to the person in charge of the Technical Support department.

This company is active in the production and development of aluminium structures and carpentry (windows, doors, curtain walls, verandas, etc.).

As a Technical Trainer & Software Support Worker, you (largely) meet the following requirements:

-You have a higher technical degree or equivalent through experience in a technical position.

-A first experience in a similar function is definitely a plus.

-You can work fluently with various software packages and are fascinated by working with calculation software in 2D and 3D.

You can work independently and are customer- and solution-oriented.

-You work in an organised and structured manner.

-Besides a very good knowledge of Dutch, you speak fluent French (knowledge of English and German is an asset)
