For this vacancy as a technical employee you are an indispensable link in the process. The following tasks will be part of your responsibilities:

- Supporting the construction projects administratively
- Requesting technical data sheets and prices from suppliers and subcontractors
- Apply for licences from the competent authorities 
- Preparing post intervention files
- Helping with the calculation of projects and preparing quotations

In other words, you will be a great help to the responsible calculator and project leaders with your correct administrative and technical follow-up.

We are currently looking for a technical employee for one of our clients located in the north of Antwerp. It concerns a contractor who can already rely on 30 years of experience. They keep their family mentality and consist of about 25 employees. They are specialised in new constructions, renovations, flats, family houses, villas, project development and turnkey projects.
