To carry out the job of Technical Assistant, your range of tasks is divided into two large sections. 

The construction file is thoroughly prepared:

• Application for energy connections 
• EPB application
• Application Security coordination 
• Preparation and follow-up of post-intervention files
• Conclusion of building contracts 
• ...

After completion, the remaining problems must be solved:

• You follow up on these issues
• You contact the contractors if necessary 
• You contact the customer 
• You solve the problems 

You will join a company specialising in High-End projects. They are responsible for coordinating the entire construction project. As a result, they often work for architects. The company is stable and in a healthy growth phase.
