• You will act as right-hand man to the department head of after-sales service
• You manage the planning of our service technicians. For this, you are in daily contact with our customers.
• As a true subject matter expert, you are the first point of contact for our customers in case of technical problems
• As an administrative jack-of-all-trades, you will be responsible for field service administration: you will check work orders, create maintenance orders, book hotels and track machines in our ERP package.
• Do our technicians have a complicated technical problem or is there a need for a site manager for, say, the commissioning of a large machine? Then you are prepared to help steer this (sporadically) in the right direction.

Not engaging enough?

• We are in the process of launching an entirely new sub-department of our after-sales service. A story in which you can grow and in which you can help give direction. The intention is that you will eventually be responsible for this sub-department.
• All-care contracts: you calculate the cost of a lease contract and discuss this with our sales staff. Once the preliminary process is complete, you manage the contracts and translate this into field sales planning.
• Wage cleaning: the machines in our renovated demo room are eager to run production. We therefore offer our customers to have their parts cleaned in-house. You can take care of the commercial process and practical handling.

Our client develops and manufactures industrial cleaning machines and blast cabinets.

• You have a good knowledge of industrial electricity
• You have knowledge of mechanics and pneumatics
• You have a perfect command of the Dutch language
• You speak/write a fair bit of French or are willing to familiarize yourself with it
• You can read plans (3D drawings, electrical/pneumatic diagrams)
• You are eager to learn, creative and can work independently.
• You are a communicative team player.
