As Technical Support you have the following tasks: 

• Answering technical questions from customers via e-mail and telephone.
• Providing technical support to customers on project questions.
• Providing technical solutions to support your colleagues.
• Right hand of the Head of Technical Services.
• If necessary, you give support to the planner.

• Technical (bachelor) education or equivalent through experience.
• Relevant work experience within HVAC and refrigeration technology with a focus on air conditioning.
• Technical expertise in air conditioning, refrigeration and/or HVAC.
• Pro-active and hands-on.
• Autonomous and communicative.
• Experience as a calculator, refrigeration technician or technical support is a great asset.
