Function
- Identifying attention and bottlenecks on site of delivered medical equipment at customers and reporting to the responsible officer
- Supporting customers and colleagues with technical questions and/or malfunctions
- Sharing and recording knowledge, providing training and coaching to Field Service Engineers
- Release of medical equipment after preventive and corrective maintenance if it meets all safety requirements and specifications within the framework of statutory regulations
- Receipt, booking, checking and repair of demo and service equipment
- Timely de-escalation of customer problems and sharing with the Region Service Management
- Technical input on quality issues, including the complaint process
- Facilitating and attending technical meetings
- If available for the product group: follow-up and implementation of online services, both internally and with customers, including analysing data and proposing solutions
- Supporting the Service, Sales and Commercial Operations Sales department with technical related issues (e.g., with tenders and bids)
- Ensuring the correct content of the checklist/maintenance protocols whereby the factory protocols are the standard.
- Maintaining good contacts with the factories
- Maintaining the shared service mailbox
- Responsible for the technical input when ordering materials and services from third parties
- Preparation and coordination of field (service corrective) actions
- Preparation of reports for internal and external use

Profile
- Technical Bachelor or Master degree (preferably electromechanical) or comparable through work experience
- You are in possession of a driving licence B
- You have a good command of the Dutch, French and English languages, both verbally and in writing;
- Preferably at least three years of relevant work experience as a Field Service Engineer
- Being able to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
- In possession of a driving licence B
- Experience in a technical/commercial B2B work environment is a plus
- Sound experience in automated data processing, experience with SAP is a plus
