As a Technical Service Employee, you will be responsible for the workshop and supervise the technicians.
Your tasks are as follows:
- You think along with the technicians when technical problems occur
- You make the planning for the workshop and the bodywork department
- You write quotations for major repairs
- You prepare the work order for the technicians
- You coordinate the work when preparing a second-hand appliance for sale.
- After a repair, you test and check the appliance again before it is dispatched.
