As a technical buyer, you are responsible for the purchase of (mechanical) parts and raw materials of 2 production sites.

Tasks:

- You follow up on orders, purchases and stock management.

- You register the entire purchasing process in the ERP system.

- You are responsible for stock management and inventory.

- You are responsible for building, managing and expanding the supplier base.

- You negotiate with suppliers and take care of the evaluation of delivered services and products.

This family business has been in existence for more than 40 years and for several years has been part of a group that is a market leader in charging infrastructure for electric buses and trucks, for which it develops and produces the modules and housings. Development, production and assembly take place within the group, which makes information exchange and knowledge sharing optimal.

They also offer expertise in the fields of cooling, hydraulics and design of frames and covering.

- You have a technical degree (electromechanics, mechanical design, mechatronics, etc.) or equivalent technical knowledge of mechanical components and raw materials.

- You have an eye for detail and are precise with figures.

- You are stress resistant and able to set priorities.

- You are communicative and assertive.

- You are hands-on and willing to jump in where necessary.

- You have a command of Dutch and English.
