  • Elaborating the requests by preparing and delivering tenders and/or project plans and/or other technical documents and diagrams
  • Entering project requests into 'table', completing and modifying quotation and study planning, sending documents to the customer, project classification
  • Contacting customers (internal and external) when additional information is needed to process an application
  • Liaising with customers (internal and external) to provide commercial and technical support
  • Attend site meetings as required and as complex as the project requires and document the meeting attended
  • Follow-up of project offers, consultation with the relevant internal and external sales staff, consistent adjustment in CRM of the status of the offer until project closure
  • Taking proactive actions to promote customer satisfaction

  • Professional Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent through work experience
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and French
  • You can work fluently with MS Office
  • Experience with SAP or similar systems is a big plus
