Technical branch manager

As technical branch manager, you are at the helm of a team of interior designers specialised in kitchens, bathrooms and interiors. Your team consists of 4 interior architects.

What is involved?

• Coaching and motivation: Of course, as a manager, you have to motivate and coach the staff at the same time.
• If necessary, you are happy to assist in sales.
• You try to show the example to 'your team'.
• People manager: You give 'your team' the necessary 'push' so that the targets are achieved.
• A very important aspect of your job is that you can support 'your team' on a technical level.

As technical branch manager:

• You have a master's degree in interior architecture, a bachelor's degree in wood technology or equivalent experience.
• You already have experience in managing a team.

• You are prepared to work on Saturdays, on Sundays and Mondays you are at home.
