We are looking for a Technical ERP or CRM Consultant with the right knowledge to successfully complete the integration of the new ERP programme. For that integration, you will work with the IT manager to determine which business processes need to be optimised and you will make the technical translation to implement the ERP solution in the most appropriate way. Therefore, we are looking for someone with:

• Minimum 2 years' experience, preferably in a service company 
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or something similar
• A background in business administration, project management or a related field (nice to have)
• In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools and business processes
• A pioneering mentality to help build an ERP business after the internal project as well

As Technical ERP Consultant, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• You will install and configure ERP software and ensure integration with other IT systems. In doing so, you support colleagues in writing additional software and scripts
• You engage the right people and lead them through the change process
• You are jointly responsible for the follow-up of the solution. You carefully document and provide technical support
• You will be responsible for training our ERP end-users
• You will prepare updates and take care of development progress
• You stay up to date with the latest ERP upgrades and ERP offers
